Planning Engineer
• To prepare the plans and schedule the resources required to meet the project execution requirement in liaison with Project Engineer
• Planning of project - scheduling, making micro schedule of every independent structure. Resource calculation & scheduling, making material procurement schedule.
• Tracking, Monitoring of project to achieve the target.
• Taking follow up with contractor, updating, rescheduling of project.Preparation of progress reports, progress sheets and S-curves.
• Daily report, activity progress report taking from execution dept and checking it with our planning schedule.
• Preparing Cost to complete, Resource Planning, working on ERP with Planning, Execution, and Client Billing module. Site visit to know site progress, pending activities, physical problem solution and coordination to achieve quality and target.
