Position:Lead project Planning and Control
Department : Planning

Experience : 7 - 15 years experience

Essential Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Civil and Mechanical
Desirable Qualification : NiCMAR /PMP/ PMO Certification
 

Job Description:

1. Assume overall project responsibility for all matters pertaining to the planning (cost, quality, material, execution, resources), scheduling and control (reviews, processes, checks & balances) required to ensure the successful completion of the project. 

2. Advise Project Manager on all project planning and control matters as well as review the project readiness with internal and external stakeholders. 

3. Ensuring System Service Performance, and handling emergency circumstances and providing solutions for quick recovery for emergency situations. 

4.Overseeing high SLA inclusive of solving problems related to network administration and routing within and outside the network. 

5. Preparation of project specific planning and control procedures / processes and ensure implementation of those processes.

6. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 

7. Maintaining good relationship with customer by timely execution of the rollouts / resolving the issues with day today updates and DPRs. 

8. Closely monitor day to day progress and develop the strategy to fill up the gaps and implement the same to achieve the targets as per the plan.

9. Identification of issues & risks, timely escalation of the issues and planning for mitigation of risks. 

10. Vendor selection, quote requisition, Deployment of Vendors and Engineers at site and coordinating for day to project progress. 

11. Achieving monthly KPI in terms of revenue recognisition.
