We have an urgent vacancy for Sr. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor for our client in Qatar

Job Description :

Graduate Civil Engineer/Electrical Engineer with minimum 8 to 10 Years Experience in Civil/MEP construction works (Min 2 Years in Gulf) 

• Must be able to prepare Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis, costing details.
• Knowledge of Auto Cad applications is essential.
• Responsible for the preparation of tenders including EPIC projects, Towers, Industrial Buildings, Infrastructure works etc.
• Able to prepare commercial and Technical bids independently in coordination with Proposal/Tendering Manager and ensure timely submissions of Tenders.
• Preparation of Progress valuations, Variation claims, Invoices etc.
• Implements Cost control systems to oversee and monitor construction cost.
• Coordinate with purchase department and suppliers/subcontractor for preparation of finalization of purchase orders/contracts.
• Coordinate all cost related correspondence with the Project manager, client and subcontractors.
• Preparation of Budget, cash flow charts and monitoring project cost.
• Preparation of Cost control reports and MIS reports.
