An opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized Consultancy based in South West London. Their success is by no means limited by the size of their business as they regularly compete with and win work alongside some of the larger blue chip consultancies in the market. With an 80% level of repeat business they pride themselves on the service they deliver and portfolio of projects they currently work on with a turnover of just over £5m in the last year. With an increasing order book across their core sectors which include; Residential, Retail, Hotels & Leisure and Commercial, their projects range hugely in size with schemes of up to £60m. For this particular role you will be focused on Retail projects, delivering tailored cost management services across a number of projects for well known retail brands. These will include a mixture of new build as well as refurbishment projects as well as working on some of the largest retail developments in Europe. You will also be expected to manage a team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to more junior members of your team and promoting personal development. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor it will be expected that you are professionally qualified MRICS with existing experience of working within a Consultancy environment. You would have principally been responsible for delivering projects across the retail market pre- and post contract in London/ South East England.
