Job Description
Urgent hiring for HSE Advisors in Saudi Arabia
We are pleased o inform you a leading power project group is seeking for HSE Advisors for their esteemed organization.
Desire Profile :
Should have worked in construction projects of oil & gas /power sectors with responsibilities for total health, safety and environment. Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of HSE norms especially in oil & gas industries.
Finalize the HSE plan for TAR in consultation with TAR planning Dept. Manager and submit for the approval by company HSEFD manager.
- Ensures all TRAs are prepared in line with scope in coordination with all concerned departments.
- Ensure all TRAs are signed and distributed one month before TAR start date.
- Ensure all unit in- charge are fully aware of the TRA requirements at site and ensures all TRA requirements are available at site.
- Ensure frequent communication with HSEFD & TAR planning department.
- Ensure that his safety officer investigates all sub - standard condition, incident etc.and files the close out report on a daily basis.
- Ensures safety talks are given daily at site to all site workers.
- Ensures waste is managed properly and instructs his environmental officer to dispose waste to BeAAT as per Company protocol.
- Must be aware of all company control procedures related to safety & Environment.
- Ensures all plant & equipment mobilized to site has the required safety certification.
- Ensures all emergency drill is conducted for all site workers.
- Ensure route map is made and approved by company for truck entry / exit to the contractors TAR laydown facility in consultation with the rigging in - charge.
- Ensures all emergency assembly points are clearly marked out and communicated to his workforce.
- Ensure the availability of sufficient no of the hole watch & fire watch who are qualified ane certified by the 3rd party agency as per the contractual requirments.Incase of confined jobs, identify and allocate the hole watch personnel in consultation with the unit in - charges. Fill in the name of the hole watch personnel & sign -off the confined space entry permit.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
Candidate must have minimum 10 to 12 years of experience if he is Graduate Engineer
Salary range is Best in industry standards along with many benefits like Free Fooding , Accomodation , Transportation , Medical and other benefits per their law.
