Position: SITE SUPERINTENDENT (MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL-CIVIL) ENGINEER

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. 
*At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 

Only for Male Candidates and Oil & Gas experience is Preferable.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Site Superintendent is responsible for managing all stages of the project from award of contract through to design, construction and commissioning. This includes ensuring that the project is successfully completed within budget, on time and in accordance with contract requirements. Key personnel who report to the Superintendent include the Technical Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Material Purchaser, Planning Engineer, Site Engineer's, Supervisors and Foremen.

SKILLS:

Excellent time management skills.
Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
Wide knowledge in construction of commercial, educational, hospital & laboratory buildings is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
Previous responsibility for H & S, Quality Assurance & Environmental systems on site.
Wide experience in subcontractor coordination and management.
Excellent client liaison skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Must be Computer Literate
