Job Description	:	2. MRICS or equivalent an advantage 3. 5 years post graduate experience 4. Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities 5. Experience in conceptual estimating, cost planning, expenditure profiling, cost reporting, and cost forecasting 6. Experience user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user and Primavera Contracts Manager 7. Previous experience in the Middle East an advantage 8. Fluent English both written and spoken 9. Planning and organizing 10. Accepts responsibility 11. Team Player
