B.TECH IN ENGINEERING WITH MIN 6YRS.IN A PROJECT ENVIRONMENT.EXPERIENCE IN PLANNING & SCHEDULING OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES USING MS PROJECTS,PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER OR SIMILAR PROGRAMS IS REQUIRED.GULF EXP. IS ADDED ADVANTAGE.
PRINCIPAL GIS SPECIALIST:
DEGREE WITH 10 YRS EXPERIENCE IN COMPUTER PROGRAMMING, SPATIAL ANALYSIS,DATABASE AND SPECIFICALLY ON ARC INFO,ARC SDE,ARC GIS SERVER, ARC IMS, 3D ANALYSIS, ORACLE, SQL AND OTHER ESRI PRODUCTS.EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SPATIAL ANALYSIS, URBAN PLANNING, COMPUTER PROGRAM DEVOLOPMENT,TESTING, DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION IN ON LINE DATA USERS.
A PH.D IN PREFERABLY GIS,REMOTESENSING, GEOINFORMATICS, GEOGRAPHY, COMPUTER SCIENCE, SPACESCIENCE OR RELEVANT FIELD.
RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER- MECHANICAL :
DEGREE WITH 10 YRS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD CONSTRUCTION IN INFRASTRUCTURE,ROADS,UTILITIES SUCH AS POTABLE WATER LINES AND SYSTEMS,FIRE WATER, SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS,IRRIGATION,GENERAL PIPING AND WELDING.MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.SHOULD BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH SKILLS.
All categories require large-scale infrastructure and housing construction experience.
