REQUIREMENT - Technical Operations Manager 

• To lead the engineering transition from projects to operations
• Understand installed MEP and other services from an operational perspective.
• Create and manage drawings for all engineering installations
• Setting up operations process for all installed MEP and other engineering installations.
• Scheduling timely maintenance for all installed capital equipment.
• Negotiating AMC’s for installed engineering installations
• Maintaining and operating all installed equipment at optimum efficiency
• Providing inputs for raising invoices (should have experience in calculating BTU factor etc)
• Achieving very high up-time for all installed equipment
• Managing the outsourced technical team.
• Managing the entire Firefighting systems of the Mall.

Exposure on working on the following Equipments and processes:


• STP 110Kld SBR process, 
Escalators Otis, 
Lifts Otis, 
DG 500KVA X 2s Chillers 300Tr. X 4 train water cooled. 11KVA supply, 
Fire fighting system
